About the Prosecution Task Force
The Prosecution Task Force (PTF) is the legal arm of the Committee of Defence. Established to investigate and pursue justice for victims of abuse, the PTF operates independently to ensure legal integrity and accountability.
Mandate
- Investigate credible allegations of abuse and coercion
- Initiate civil or criminal legal proceedings where justified
- Advocate for victims of narcissistic, emotional, or physical abuse
- Document institutional enablers and collaborators
Leadership
The PTF is led by a panel of legal advisors and victim advocates. Current members include:
